Our Mission

 

The Founding

On November 23, 1970 the first meeting of the Fraternity-to-be was held in Room 303 of the McKeesport Residence Hall then resided by Howard Patrick and Dennis Roskowski.  Before the meeting was called to order, temporary officers were chosen to provide a solid base from which to operate and get organized.  Daniel Dopirak and Charles Hatch were also in attendance at this first meeting. 

Additional Fraternity meetings were held on December 4th and December 8th, 1970.  On December 21st, the first combined dinner and meeting took place and it was decided that these first ten Brothers would be known as the Founding Fathers and as the Alpha Pledge Class of ΔΚΦ.
